Gallery One takes you from the building of the railway to the
challenges of keeping the railway working. You will learn about
the early railway builders and how they solved some of the
challenges of the Canadian Pacific Railway in British Columbia.
Wildlife has always been an attraction to the areas the CPR was
built through.
The
museum has a great selection of survey tools used by the
railway.
The
tool room provides a look into the past and the tools used not only
to build the railway but keep it running.

scale models of the original wood bridges over Stoney and
Surprise Creeks will amaze you.
The CPR helped develop the 24 hour time system. A display comprising
of different historic time pieces is also on display.
