Gallery Three

As you tour through Gallery Three you are presented with a look inside the operations and special occasions of the railway.

The Telegraph Operators office represents the offices of the CPR Telegraph service.

Telegraph Messengers, Passenger Train Crews and Railway Police Officers had to maintain an uniform appearance, displays on the people that kept the railway running are found throughout the Museum.

CPR has ran a few special trains. The Royal Train in the 1930s was one of the most famous.

If you are ready to take to the Engineers seat try the simulator. The cab of the simulator is that of the actual 1500 that was damaged and retire in a collision in Toronto Ontario.

Most of the controls of the simulator work like the real thing.
